Our team members anticipate customers needs using our proprietary customer experience optimization framework. We currently have 75 employees in our Zagreb office, and we are looking to expand to a new location – Osijek !
What would you be doing?

front line support for our end-users through various support channels, such as tickets, live chat, and phone calls.

troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services
