Software Technical Support Engineer in Telecommunications (m/f)
While a few details of how your day looks like depends on the team you work with, it will surely include solving solutions through technical knowledge and teamwork.
The technical support team works with customers to understand and troubleshoot issues.
If you have experience with any of the following technologies (the more the better), you are likely a good candidate for us:
- RedHat Linux
- Python and/or BASH for scripting purposes
- IP Networking and Protocols (IP, TCP/UDP/SCTP/QUIC, Radius, Diameter, HTTP2, SOAP, NTP)
- Virtualization technologies such as VMWare vCloud or OpenStack
- HP Blades, F5 Load balancer, Cisco switches
Not to worry though, we don’t expect you to know all that at the same time in depth. We are ready to consider younger as well as more experienced engineers to our team.
We expect all to have good communication skills in Croatian and English, spoken and written. You will likely have a university degree that has introduced you to software programming, while equivalent experiences within the domain would be taken into consideration.

Members of technical support with sufficient experience take part of a rotation doing on on-call (emergency) duties and afternoon shifts, which carries an extra compensation.
