What you’ll do

First, you’ll tackle the pre-sales and sales process, where you’ll learn how to:
‍

  • Successfully close a lead and communicate with potential clients
  • Prepare an offer, budget and predict the profitability of a project
  • Prepare a project for production (risk analysis, SOW, documentation)

Secondly, you’ll tackle the Project management process where you’ll learn how to:
‍

  • Successfully lead a project and a team
  • Control the project’s time & budget
  • Communicate with the client and handle possible escalations

Lastly, you’ll take on the Product owner role where you’ll learn how to:
‍

  • Effectively gather requirements for your project
  • Organize & prioritize tasks to accomplish those requirements, according to the best “Agile” practices
  • Make sure that the client frequently receives valuable product iteration

What you bring

  • You’re a University student, preferably in the last year of studies – bachelor or master
  • Basic knowledge of office software, such as Google Workspace
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Proactivity
  • Organizational and self-management skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to adapt and learn new information quickly

Nice to have

  • Good knowledge of German language
  • Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with terminologies used in software development
