Do you thrive on investigating complex issues, digging deep to uncover root causes, and ensuring software meets the highest standards of quality, considering the issues from the technical and engineering perspective? Do you have or want to develop programming, scripting and test automation skills? If so, we hope you apply for our Quality and Business Analyst role. It is tackling both the business analysis and quality control aspects of our software projects and below list is showcasing which tasks you should expect to encounter daily:
- Communicate and collaborate with a multicultural team in English
- Participate in the full product lifecycle — from requirements to delivery — for web, mobile, and API-based applications used in the airline industry
- Use and develop test automation scripts and tools using Python or similar
- Research and explore new tools, technologies, and techniques to improve analysis and testing processes
- Write, review and maintain project documentation, user stories, test cases and test plans
- Execute tests, analyze and document test results, communicate testing progress and issues to internal and external teams
- Develop and implement testing procedures and processes
We’re looking for someone who loves tackling challenges head-on, analyzing systems with precision, asking the tough questions and uncovering insights that drive better solutions. The emphasis is less on how much you already know or think you know—it’s more about your proactive mindset, and your willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will be helping us build an AI video analysis tool from the ground up. You’ll also be involved in our established suite of airline solutions.
We would be a perfect match if you have/are:
- Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of studying
- The ability to adapt to changes in work pace
- The ability to operate both in a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Excellent writing skills to express and convert ideas and information into a concise and clear written form
- Any experience in fields of testing or documenting requirements (either through college projects or previous job experience)
- Understanding of basic web application architecture
- At least basic coding knowledge and skills (Python, JavaScript, Java, Groovy…)
Bonus points for:
- Understanding of airline business processes in general or in specific areas
- Understanding of technologies used in backend and frontend development (software architecture, communication between internal and external components), OOP programming principles, Linux-based operating systems, APIs and others
- Data analysis and report-building experience
